Many people believe that good health is a luxury as opposed to a necessity. However, good health has many benefits & is vital to leading a happy, successful, and fulfilled life. It is easy to put off working upon forging a healthy lifestyle, the effects of doing so can be devastating, leading to impairment in the quality and duration of life. There are many misconceptions about what is healthy. Being healthy and fit does mean that one has the perfect beach body or can run a marathon. It does however mean that you should eat a well-balanced diet, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight & be a non-smoker.
